How does it Work?


Create an activity
To create an activity, you first need to open a Beekast Session. Then, when you are in the Session, click on the button “Add a slide” at the right-bottom corner to add your activity.
Please don’t forget to “Save” it before creating another one.
The button “Save” is dedicated to the activities other than those consisting in importing contents such as PDF, POWERPOINT, KEYNOTE.


Add files to your presentation
To add files (PPT/PDF/KEYNOTE.) to your Session, you first need to click on the button “Add a slide”, then click on the corresponding activity (PDF, POWERPOINT, KEYNOTE) to import your content and click on “close”.


Edit an activity
To edit an activity, you need first to be on the slide of the activity in question, then click
on the scroll-down menu at the top-right corner of the slide, and you will be able to either Edit your slide, or Duplicate or Delete it.


Reset your activity
To reset an activity, you need first to be on the slide of the activity in question, then click
on the scroll-down menu at the top-right corner of the slide, and click on Reset (if only if the activity is launched and already contained results).
Beware ! Resetting your activity will lead to the loss of the results related to this activity.


Activate full-screen mode
To display in full screen, you need to click on the icon “Display in full screen” on the top bar of your your slide or click on the F11 key of your keyboard.


Project your messages
To send your messages on the projection screen, you need to click on the icon “Project” on top of each message of the Social Wall (Please read the tutorial “Project a message”).


Share my Session link with my audience
The link to your Session is visible on top of the Session in question, Please copy the “Link to share with your audience” :www.beekast.com/xxxx" , il suffit de le copier, and share it with your next participants.


Import data of your Session
To import data, you need to click on the icon “Stats” on the left sidebar of the Session in question, then click on “Export excel” to send them to your email address linked to your Beekast account.


Edit the Session code (optional only for PRO licences)
To edit the Session code, you need to click on the icon “Settings” on the left sidebar of your Session. Delete the existing one and write down your new Session code.


“Export excel” of the Stats
The “Export excel” is an Excel file. It is set by activity, each activity is contained in a sheet. Results are displayed per participant. You can also find a sheet dedicated to the Social wall and the list of the participants in.


Delete a Session
To delete a Session on the page “My sessions”, you need to click on the three dots on top right of the Session in question and click on “Remove”. (have a look at Delete a Session).


Reset the results of an activity without deleting the activity itself
To reset the results of an activity while keeping the same content, you need to click on “Reset” on top-right of the slide in question. A message of confirmation will be displayed on the slide.


Duplicate a Session
To duplicate a Session on the page “My sessions”, you need to click on the three dots on top right of the Session in question and click on “Duplicate”. A copy of the initial Session will be generated. on the Pour dupliquer une session, sur la page “Mes sessions”, cliquer sur les trois petits points à droite de la session choisie puis cliquer sur “Dupliquer”. (Have a look at Duplicate a Session).


Add a moderator to my Session (Starting from the “Entreprise” offer)
To add a host, you need to click on the icon “Settings” on the left sidebar. Then in the tab “Moderator”, you can write down the email addresses linked the Beekast account of your moderator(s).


Close a Session
To close a Session on the page “My sessions”, you need to click on the three dots on top right of the Session in question and click on “Close”. Participants will no longer access it.


Simultaneously project and manage my Session
To project and manage the same Session, you first need to connect on your connect on your account and open a Session, open this Session in two different tabs of your browser. Then, display one of the tabs in full screen, and use the other one to manage your session. Have a look at Extended display !


Invoices of online payments
To download or consult your invoices, you need to click on your avatar on top right corner, then click on “My account”. You will reach the “Billing” tab to export your bill in a PDF format. In this tab, you will able to change the information of your payment.


Extract the photos sent on the Selfie wall
To extract the photos sent on the Selfie wall, you need to click on the icon “Stats” on the left sidebar then click on “Selfie wall”. There, you will find the list of all the selfies and it will be up to you select and/or extract the photo(s) of your choice.
You can also copy-paste the photos by using the “Export excel” file.


Change the language
To change the language, you need to click on the avatar of your account in the top right corner of your session, then select the language of your choice on this scroll-down menu.


Maximum of participants per Session
The number of participants per Session depends on you license. The free licenses is limited to 3 participants. Have a look at the offers by clicking on your account avatar, then click on “My account” and on “Subscription” to see the available subscription plans.
