A privacy feature to control access to your session. Two options are given to you:

1. Access the session without a Beekast account.

Click on “Settings” on the left sidebar.

Then, click on “Privacy”.
The “optional account” is selected by default to enable your participants to join the session with no Beekast account.

To control access, identify your audience and collect data during your session, different options are available:

You can limit access to your session with a password.

You can enable some mandatory fields. You can also create some customized fields.

2. The “Account required” option, with more security.

Be careful, it means that your participants must have or create a Beekast account to access the session.

Click on “Account required”.

You can limit access to your session with a password.

You can restrict access to domains or emails. Only authorized domain names (i.e. beekast.com, gmail.com) and/or email addresses (i.e. @beekast.com, @gmail.com) will access your session.

Add an email list in a few clicks. Click on “Do you want to add an email list? and enter the emails.”

Mandatory fields can also be activated.

When participants get connected to your session, they will necessarily fill out the fields to access the session. Beware! Only the first name and last name are visible on the admin screen. The other information is available in the Export excel.

To delete customized fields, use the red bin next to the elements you want to remove.
