To share useful elements with your participants, use the Tabs section to create an agenda, a list of information, embed a partner webpage in your session or even add files to be downloaded.

Just click on "Tabs" on the left sidebar once in a session.



Then click on "Add an item" and select the section.





Once your agenda is created, let's see how to modify it.
Click on "Add a time slot" enter the information and even a description with links to images or webpages.
You can create as many slots as you wish by clicking on "Add a time slot".
It's up to you to change the title as in all the other sections.





Let's create an Information section: Tabs > Add an item > Information



Type your text within the indicated fields. You can even insert a Hypertext link.
Don't forget to save when you finish.





Let's create a "**List**" section: Tabs > Add an item > List



You can attach pictures. Just click on the camera icon. To add a description, click on the pencil icon or click on the red trash to delete content. To change the order of the list, use the arrows (down or up)
Don't forget to save when you finish.





Again the same and simple process to embed an external web page in your session.
Tabs > Add an item > External web page.



To add an external web page: Tabs > Add an item > External Web page.
Enter the link (https only) and save it.





To share files with your participants: Tabs > Add an item > Files sharing.



The indicated size is the maximum per file. Select your files on your computer.
Once your file is imported, you can add a description, other files and you can delete files by clicking on the red trash.
Don't forget to save the section.





You can edit the created sections or add new ones at any time.



Consult the profiles of your participants by clicking "**Participants**"
You'll see the surnames and names of those having a Beekast account. Other participants may appear as anonymous if you do not activate the mandatory fields in the Settings (on the left sidebar) > Privacy. In this case, filling these fields will be compulsory to access the session.

You can modify the display order of the sections. You just need to go to the Settings on the left sidebar, then scroll down the panel on the right side and use the arrows to change the order.
