The social wall is the place where your audience send its messages, questions and comments.

You can put messages into categories which were published by your audience, to help you organise the wall stream. These categories are only visible for the administrator.

1) Create categories to organize the messages.

2) When you have created a category, it appears at the bottom of the message, and the categorisation button appears at the top of the wall.

3) To associate a category to a message, click on the categorisation button, and select which category you would like to add (you must have created categories before)

4) Then, you can filter messages by categories. You need to click on the categorisation button at the top of the wall and then, select the category.

5) You can now see categories, and the messages that are associated to them.
