The page "My Sessions" and its new interface

Once connected to your Beekast account, you access the interface entitled "My sessions". On this page, you'll find out all the sessions with one of the following roles :

Organiser
Facilitator
Participant

The creation of any sessions will start here by clicking on Organise a session.


You can view the list of your sessions, sorted according to the different categories mentioned in the columns.

→ You can view:

The title of the session
The date of last update
Your role within the session
The number of created actions and the number of completed actions
The number of created decisions
And finally the status of the session: Open (available to participants) or closed (not available)



→ On the right side, click on the 3 dots to access some buttons:

The available rights depend on your role within the session

As an organiser

Change the title of the session
Add a tag (category) to a session to filter the display of the sessions
Make a copy of the session _( All copies in Beekast are made without the participation data)
Move the session to another workspace
Delete the session (WARNING: Any deletion is permanent)

As a facilitator

Change the title of the session
Add a tag (category) to the session to a session to filter the display of the sessions
Make a copy of the session _( All copies in Beekast are made without the participation data)
Move the session to another workspace
Exit the session

As a participant

Add a tag (category) to the session to a session to filter the display of the sessions
Move the session to another workspace
Exit the session



→ At the top right of this page, you can find the following buttons:
Filter : to filter the display of your sessions in your space. You can filter by role, by tags (categories) and by visibility (open, corrected or closed session).
Organise a session to create your new session.
Import a session by clicking on the arrow next to it the button "Organise a session".



→ On the left side of this page, you will find the different workspaces in which you can store your different sessions, and also Help and Resources.

Workspaces

You can create up to 50 workspaces by clicking on the + icon at the top of the left sidebar.
To display the sessions of a workspace, simply select the desired workspace.

You can make a direct session search by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of the left sidebar using the session title or session code.

At the bottom of the left sidebar, click on the bubble (your avatar or initials) to:
log out
change the language
access your personal information and other settings.
