How to create, duplicate, delete your sessions, and more !
Create a session
Create and organize a session. Once you log in, click on the “+ Organize a session” icon. Then write down the title of your session and click on “Create” Here you go! Your new session is created. Now you can personalize it and create interactive activities! Consult our tutorials Slides and activities Thank you for using Beekast!
Remove a session
Once on the page "My sessions", click on the three dots on the right of your session. Then, click on “Delete”. Click a second time on “Delete” to confirm your choice. Other options are given to you. You can either: close your session. This way, your audience will no longer access your session
Duplicate a session
Duplicating a session allows you to copy the session structure (personalization, sections, activities, slides). The duplicated session will be blank. You will keep the session configuration and the created activities. But there will be no participation data. Click on the three dots over your session, then, click on “Duplicate” The duplicated session then appears with the mention Copy . Global Reset of a Session
Are you carrying out tests on your session? Want to reset your session without having to go through each activity? This feature is available to the session owner. Searching for a session
Once on the page of your Sessions, you can either enter the Session code or title or use filters to find and organize your sessions. 1. By ticking a box in the top left, you will have all the sessions corresponding to one of the three roles in Beekast.
