How to create, duplicate, delete your sessions, and more !
Create a session
Create and organize a session. Once you log in, click on the “+ Organize a session” icon. Then write down the title of your session and click on “Create” Here you go! Your new session is created. Remove a session
Once on the page "My sessions", click on the three dots on the right of your session. Then, click on “Delete”. Click a second time on “Delete” to confirm your choice. Other options are given to you. You can either: close your session. This way, your audience will no longer access your session
Duplicate a session
Duplicating a session allows you to copy the session structure (personalization, sections, activities, slides). The duplicated session will be blank. You will keep the session configuration and the created activities. But there will be no participation data. Click on the three dots over your session, then, click on “Duplicate” The duplicated session then appears with the mention Copy . Global Reset of a Session

You can import a session from one account to another one. This is very helpful when you want to share a copy of your session with your coworkers. Once your session gets ready, in progress, or even closed, click "Settings". Scroll down the "General" panel and click on "generate an import code for this session". Slides' navigation mode

Embed your Beekast session with your company's tools
Let's embed Beekast into your Learning tools. Either to boost your digital Learning system or to enable your participants to access your Beekast sessions directly from your company's platform, it is now possible to embed Beekast into your ecosystem with the Embed code. How does it work? Go to the Settings, then on the "General" section, access your session's Embed code
Display the participants' list
