Adding a Beekast session to Zoom
It is now possible to integrate a Beekast session directly into a Zoom videoconference! Combine the agility of Beekast with the Zoom videoconferencing tool for even more interactive and efficient meetings, trainings and events!
How do I add a scheduled meeting to Zoom?
Go to the Meeting section and click the + icon at the top left of your screen.
Click on Schedule Meeting.
A page opens with all the fields to fill in to schedule your meeting.
Finally, click on Save at the bottom of this page.
Add Beekast to your meeting
Join the previously created meeting by clicking on Start.
Once in the meeting:
Click the App button at the bottom of the meeting screen.
Find the Beekast application.
Click on Add.
Select the workspace where the session you want to join is located and select the session you want. Then click the "Collaborate" button to share the session with all your participants.

How to remove Beekast from Zoom?
Go to the following link https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed
Connect to your Zoom account if you are not connected
Then click on the Remove button in front of the application
