Adding a Beekast session to Zoom

Beekast in Zoom


Integrating Beekast into a Zoom meeting allows you to make your presentations more interactive, directly from the same window inside your videoconference tool.

It is possible to add a Beekast session to a Zoom videoconference only from the updated desktop application!

This feature is not available from Zoom on browser

On the Host side

  1. Add the Beekast application to Zoom

Open the Zoom desktop application and join your meeting:
1. At the bottom of the screen, click on “Apps” or “More”.
2. Select "Add apps"
3. Search for “Beekast for Zoom”.
4. Click on "Get"


  1. Log in and share your session


On the panel on the right-hand side of Zoom, log in to your Beekast account.
1- Once logged in, select your session on the homepage.
2- Then click on Collaborate. Your participants will have on their screen a "Join in" pop-up




  1. How to remove the Beekast App from your Zoom meeting

1. Select on Added apps on the left menu
2. Click on the three dots next to the Beekast app
3. Select Remove

You will need to confirm the action, and the app will be removed from your Zoom account.


On the Participants' side: Join the session

When a participant joins a meeting with a Beekast session, they will need to click on the Join In pop up to participate
1. The host will share a session code.
2. This code is to be used via the beeksat.live page that opens when participating in the Beekast session via Zoom.
