Adding a Beekast session to Zoom



New integration: Beekast in Zoom


It is now possible to integrate a Beekast session directly into a Zoom videoconference! Combine the agility of Beekast with the Zoom videoconferencing tool for even more interactive and efficient meetings, trainings and events!


It is possible to add a Beekast session to a Zoom videoconference only from the updated desktop application!

This feature is not available from Zoom on browser!


How do I add a scheduled meeting to Zoom?

  • Go to the Meeting section and click the + icon at the top left of your screen.

  • Click on Schedule Meeting.

  • A page opens with all the fields to fill in to schedule your meeting.

  • Finally, click on Save at the bottom of this page.



Add Beekast to your meeting

Join the previously created meeting by clicking on Start.


Once in the meeting:

  • Click the App button at the bottom of the meeting screen.

  • Find the Beekast application.

  • Click on Add.



All you have to do is to connect to your Beekast account if you are not already logged in.

Select the workspace where the session you want to join is located and select the session you want. Then click the "Collaborate" button to share the session with all your participants.


Your participants will receive a pop-up invitation to join the session, and once they click Join they will be taken to the my.beekast.com page. From the purple banner at the top of the screen they will need to add the 6-digit code for your session and then click Join, to be able to access your Beekast session from the Zoom application. You'll need to give them the session code beforehand, so that they can connect to it.



It is possible to create a Beekast session from Zoom desktop application.


You can host and participate in a Beekast session from the Zoom application with a free trial account.
