Display and Manage a Message
How do you display, manage and remove discussion messages from the projection screen?
The discussion is the space in which participants can send their messages, questions, comments, and even images. You can choose the messages you wish to display on your projection screen thanks to message projection.
Display a message
To show a message on the projection screen, click on the icon at the top right of the message. The same action removes it from the projection screen.
Set up and manage message display
Click on Configure at the top left of your session; under Projection screen, you can:
- Display an instruction at the top of the screen.
- Choose how messages are displayed by date or by likes and their position on the projection screen.
- Automatically project messages onto the presentation.
You can also delete or change the instruction message from this same page.
Messages are only displayed on the projection screen, not on your administrator page.
Display a message in full screen
To display a message in full screen, click on the three small dots at the top right of the message, then select Full screen. The same action removes it.
Unproject all messages at once
To unproject all your messages at once:
- Click on the Message tab, then click on Unproject all messages.
- Or hover over the top part of your message when displayed on the projection screen.
The same steps apply to project and unproject a message on mobile.

No, they are only displayed on the projection screen, not on your administrator page.
