How to export my session’s data?

From your session, click on the “Results” button, on top of your screen. This allows you to view and generate the results of your session and various summary documents directly from Beekast that you can use at the end of your session.



This tab allows you to generate the following documents:
1. The complete report of the session in Word format: discussions, actions/decisions, and results of the activities.
2. The session report in PDF format: this format will only take into account activities that have already been completed, by collecting the information recorded.
3. The detailed set of statistics data of the session in Excel format: discussions, participants, and activities’ results by participants.

Notes
Tip: In case of the redirection to Internet Explorer (Browser not recommended), do right-click on the download button to copy the link and open it in another browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are the recommended browsers for optimal usage of the tool. 



Warning

If your session is heavy, you will receive a link to download your report, the statistical data, or your PDF report by email. 


You can also consult the results of an activity from this page, by clicking on the desired activity, then on the title of the activity.

Customize the Word file of the report 

You have the possibility to customize the logo and the color of your report.
  1. Go to Settings tab, by clicking on the cogwheel icon at the top of your session
  2. Then click on Appearance, on the left of the menu that appears 
  3. Using the crayon icon, modify your logo, and the color according to the graphic chart of your organization.
