What does mean by "per host/month" ?
We are referring here to a Beekast account. Each Beekast account is nominative and owned by one person only. In other words, one subscription per owner.
On Beekast, there are 3 roles: the owner or organizer (the person who creates the session and potential moderator), the moderator or facilitator (a person added to the session in order to co-lead or co-manage the session), and the participants (your audience).
Account IDs and passwords cannot be shared in accordance with our TOS and for the security of your data.

How can I know if I already have a premium account?
To find out if you currently have a Beekast Premium subscription, click on your avatar in the top right corner and then on “My account.” Then click on “Subscription and billing.”
Tip: to find out directly from a session whether you have Premium, look at the number of participants who can join your session in the top right corner. If the number is 3, you have Free; if the number is higher, you have Premium!
How to cancel subscriptions?
You can cancel your subscription directly from your account settings. To do so:
1. Click on the profile bubble or your name at the bottom left of the home page.
2. Click on My Account.
3. Go to the Subscription and Billing section.
4. Then click on Cancel Subscription.
When you cancel a subscription, you'll still be able to use your subscription for the time you've already paid.

How do I change my payment method?
Please note that the modification of the payment method is only possible for subscriptions taken online. To do so :
Click on the profile bubble or your name at the bottom left of the home page.
Click on My account
Go to the Subscription and billing section
In the Payment Method section at the top right of your screen, click on Modify.
You will be able to enter your new payment method information
How do I access my invoices ?
You can view your payment information and invoices by going to the Subscription and billing section (only for subscriptions taken online). To access it:
You will be able to download your invoice(s) and view your payment information directly from the Subscription & Billing section.
For subscriptions based on estimates, invoices are sent by our billing department to the address agreed upon at the beginning of the contract.
