What do mean by "per host/month"?

A Beekast account is a nominative account. Otherwise, the holder of an account cannot share their credentials with another individual. 
Three roles are available in Beekast: The Organiser (creator and host of a session), the facilitator (co-host), the participant (your audience)
The credentials and passwords of an account cannot be shared, in regards to our Privacy policy and Terms.
The features are available according to the taken subscription. Please, click HERE to consult our pricing page.

Please note that our monthly plans will be unavailable from the 11th of October, 2021

Where are the monthly plans? Only yearly plans are visible.
Once on the pricing page, click on the toggle button to select the billing cycle.



What is available in a free account? 

The duration of your free account is unlimited. You can host as many sessions as you wish with only two (2) participants. This is a discovery offer to help test the basic features. You don't need a credit card to create a free account. Our Free training sessions, Help center, and inspirations' website are available.

How to cancel subscriptions?

Subscriptions on Beekast are renewed automatically unless you unsubscribe.
You can cancel your active subscription at any time.
  1. Click on your avatar at the bottom left of your account.
  2. Click on "My account"
  3. Click on "subscription", and click on Cancel subscription.

When you cancel a subscription, you'll still be able to use your subscription for the time you've already paid. 



What are the accepted payment methods? 


Here are the different payment methods:

  1. Bank transfer
  2. Credit cards for online payments
  3. Cheque

How to consult my billing? 


Only online payment invoices are available directly in the section "Billing" of your account.
  1. Click on your avatar at the bottom left of your account.
  2. Click on "My account"
  3. Click on "Billing".
Subscriptions on quotations and invoices are sent by our billing department to the address agreed at the beginning of the contract.
