It’s now possible to integrate your documents from your Google Drive into your Beekast presentation!
To connect your Google Drive to your Beekast account, you need to have a PRO subscription or higher.
Google Drive login
To access your Google Drive directly from your Beekast account, you will need first to connect your Beekast account to your Google Drive account.
You can either do it from the “My account’ space, or from a session’s settings.
- Login from “My account”
Go to your account by clicking on your avatar, in the top right corner of your screen. Then, click on the tab “Connected applications” and click on “Connect” in front of the app Google Drive. Follow the instructions and click on “Authorize”.
- Login from a session
You can also connect your Google Drive account directly from your Beekast session:
- Click on the “Settings” nut on the top right of your session
- Click on “Connected applications”
- Click on “Connect” in front of the Google Drive app.
- Follow the instructions and click on “Authorize”.
How to add documents to Beekast from your Google Drive space?
To add documents from your Google Drive space:
- Click on “Add a slide” on the left panel
- Scroll down the activities until you find the “Presentation” card and click on it.
- Select “Google Drive”
- Pick the document that you want to import into your session
You have the possibility to search your documents by key words thanks to the research field.
- Click on the button “Select” on the bottom left of the screen
Once the document is selected, the import starts on the background. You can see the download advancement in the slideshow.
If you didn’t connect your Google account to your Beekast account, you will be redirect to the session settings in order to proceed to the Google Drive login.
You can import documents in various formats, like Google Slide, PowerPoint, Keynote or PDF. You will be limited to the size of the document, depending on your subscription.
Download your report or your statistics on your Google Drive environment
With Beekast, you have the possibility to download your session’s report or session’s statistics directly on your Google Drive space.
Click on the “Results” button, the graphic bars, on the top right of your window and click on “Generate report (Word)”, “Generate report (PDF)" or “Export results (Excel)" on the top right corner. Then, select the “on Google Drive” option. The file will be directly add onto your Google Drive account.
