On Beekast, you have several helps and resources, allowing you to know better our tool and to use it independently!
The inspiration website
We provide you with several templates of activities or sessions, already pre-made. All you have to do is import the template you want for your session and customize it. This will also allow you to be inspired in the creation of your sessions. To access our inspiration site, click HERE.

The Beekast Academy
You are new on Beekast and you want to learn how to use the tool? Beekast Academy is here for you! You'll find a one-hour certification course to teach you all the basics of Beekast, as well as lots of video tips and webinars to help you master the tool!

At the top right of your session page, you can see a question mark, next to the “Present” button.
In this question mark, you can find all the help and resources presented above.
You will also be able to chat with a member of the support team via Live Chat, by clicking on the conversation bubble on the bottom right of your screen, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm non-stop, Paris time. To give you live advice and/or help you if you encounter difficulties in using Beekast.
