How to add a facilitator

How to add a facilitator

It is possible to add one or more facilitators to a session to co-host and co-create the session. It is an option that allows the owner of the session to share certain rights with one or many collaborators.

Add a facilitator to a session is only accessible from the Pro subscription. A participant can’t add a facilitator.

A facilitator is a person who has supplementary rights compared to a participant.
A facilitator can:
  1. Import, modify, and delete content
  2. Start and close an activity
  3. Moderate the ideas sent
However, a facilitator cannot:
  1. Delete a session
  2. Reset a session
  3. Close a session

How to add a facilitator to my session?

To add a facilitator to a session, click on the tab “Settings”, at the top of your session. Next, click on the tab “Facilitator” on the menu at the left of the screen, then on “Add facilitators” and enter the email address of your facilitator’s Beekast account.
Once you have added all the email addresses of your facilitators, you just have to click on Add.

The facilitator must have a Beekast premium account in order to be added as such to a session.

Send an invitation email to the new facilitator

You can inform your collaborators that they are facilitators of your session, by email directly from Beekast!
For this, click on “Send email invitations”, and click on “Send” to confirm the sending.

How to add a list of facilitators to my session?

To add many facilitators at once to your session, separate the different email addresses with a comma or skip a line. The different facilitators will be added independently.

How to remove a facilitator from my session?

To remove the facilitator rights to a person, click on the delete icon right next to the email address of the facilitator in question. This will delete their email address and their facilitator rights of your session.
