How to import a session?

How to import a session?

You have the possibility to import a session from a Beekast account to another. This allows your colleagues to directly have access to a session from their own Beekast account.

To import a session from a Beekast account to another, it is necessary for both Beekast accounts to have a “Pro” subscription.

The action of the session’s owner

The first step is to generate the import code of your session. You can then share this import code to the people that wish to import your session to their own Beekast account.
For this, click on the cogwheel of “Settings” at the top of your session. Then, on the menu that appears and at the left click on “General”, and click on “Generate code”. Copy the code and communicate it to the people that wish to import your session.

Import the session with the import code

You have a session import code and wish to import the session on your Beekast account?

For this, go to the page “My sessions” and click on “Import a session”. Then enter the code that was provided to you and finally, click on “Import”.

The imported session appears in your main workspace with the mention “[copy]”. The import of a session from a Beekast account creates a copy of the original session in the workspace, both sessions are independent of each other.

Without any participations, you will be able to modify it as you wish.
