License Administrator Console

Beekast now offers a dedicated console for license administrators within your organization. With this console, you can independently manage users who hold a Beekast license: add, remove, or reassign licenses in just a few clicks, directly from your workspace. This autonomy speeds up request processing and provides optimal flexibility in managing your teams.

Notes
This feature is reserved for organizations with a pack that includes multiple Premium licenses. It is not available for an individual user who purchased a license online.

How it works

  1. License administrators are designated by the support team beforehand, which performs the initial configuration.
  2. Once appointed, the administrator receives a notification informing them that they are now responsible for managing the organization’s licenses.
  3. The administrator must belong to the organization, meaning they must already have a Beekast account with a Premium license.
An Administrator can:
  1. Add members to the organization
  2. Send invitations and reminders for account creation
  3. Remove members
  4. Reassign licenses as needed

Adding a member to the organization

Depending on the situation:
  1. If the person does not yet have a Beekast account, the administrator sends an invitation to create one. Once the account is created and the email address is verified, the account is automatically linked to the company’s Premium license. If the email is not confirmed.
  2. Suppose the person already has a Beekast account. In that case, they will receive an email informing them that they now benefit from a Premium license within the organization, along with the necessary documentation to get started.

Steps to manage users

Sign in as the designated administrator:
  1. Click your icon (or profile picture) at the bottom left of the screen, then select User Management.
  2. In the “User Management” tab, you will have access to:

1. The button to add new users
2. A search bar
3. Status, active or pending
4. Role, either member or administrator
5. Date of last login to Beekast
6. A button to remove the user from the licence
