Need to save the attendance list for your meeting or training session?
Here is the new attendance list feature for your Beekast sessions.
Within a click, it's up to you to track the attendance of all the participants for your session.
Beekast records the connection time at the beginning and at the end of your session thanks to the Attendance feature.
A latecomer? No matter participants are late or not, the administrator resends the presence confirmation to a participant or resets the confirmation for all the attendees.
At the end of your meeting, you can consult and export this information.
How to save the attendance list for your session?
This feature is available from the Business plan or higher.
You can now use this feature in synchronous sessions. The connection time feature was already available in asynchronous sessions (Participants control).
First, your participants must have a Beekast account to track their attendance. Go to the settings, in the section "Connection and security", and select "Required account" to activate this feature.
Once your participants join the session, remotely or on-site, click on the "Participants" tab on the left sidebar of your session.
Turn attendance tracking on to ask for your participants' presence confirmation at the beginning of the session.
A window will appear for your participants to confirm their presence. They will have 5 minutes to confirm.
After this time, you can call the latecomers individually.
At the end of your session, start a new call to confirm the presence of the participants.
Same process for your participants as at the beginning of the session: 5 minutes to confirm that they have been present until the end of the session.
The connection times are then recorded in the Excel export of your session for each participant.
