Click on the Participants tab (right sidebar) for a quick overview of:
- All participants who have logged into your session. - Those who are currently online (indicated by a green dot).
Depending on how your participants are identified, you will be able to see:
The list of participants with their personal Beekast account information.
The list of participants with the avatar they chose when they entered the session.
The list of participants with the username they entered when they arrived at the session (shown in the image below).
It is not possible to have access to the list for those participants without an account or that are not connected with their Beekast account!
See your participants’ progression in the self-paced mode
If you chose the self-paced mode for your session, you will then be able to:
View the progression of each of the participants in your session. For this, click on the icon “All participants”, which you will find right next to the search bar in the “Participants” tab.
Find the number of points accumulated on the assessment activities. Click on the "Validate" icon (the box with the check mark).
See the “Finished session”, you will find the list of the participants that have finished your session. For this, the participant’s bar must be green and complete.
To view the “Progression”, you can see your participant's progression by clicking on the “Stopwatch” icon.
See the number of accumulated points for the assessment activities or the challenge.
See your participants’ progression in the Synchronous mode
If you have chosen the facilitator mode (synchronous) for the creation of your session, you will then be able to see the number of participants present, as well as the number of points accumulated for the assessment activities or the challenge.
Attendance sheet
You can request with one click that all of your participants in the session to confirm they are attending your presentation.
Beekast saves you the time of the connection at the beginning and at the end of the session, thanks to the Attendance functionality.

- To access this functionality, set your session with the identification mode by email (Mandatory Beekast account).
- Click on Configure, on the left at the top of your slikdeshow.
- Click on the tab Connection and Security.
- Then select the option Email, which requires that to previously have a Beekast account and to be connected.
From the Facilitator’s side of the session
Once all of your participants are connected to your session, go to the tab Participants at the right of your session, and click on "Attendance sheet: start".
An Attendance check request will open on your screen, and by clicking on it, will send a confirmation request to all of your participants. This first request allows you to save the attendance of your participants at the beginning of the session.
From the Participant’s side
1. Confirmation Request
When the request is launched, participants have 5 minutes to click on the "Confirm my attendance" button.
2. Follow-up by the Host
On your interface, the status of each participant is displayed by a dot:
Green: Attendance confirmed.
Red: Attendance not confirmed (5-minute deadline exceeded).
3. Individual Reminder
If a participant has not confirmed, you can send them an individual reminder.
Click on the three dots to the right of their name, then on “Request attendance”
4. End of Session Confirmation
At the end, you can initiate the end of attendance confirmation.
The process is the same: Go to the Participants tab, click on the request icon at the top of the panel, then on “Request attendance”. Participants again have 5 minutes to confirm the end of their attendance.
Export and consult the connection time
The connection time is saved for each participant in the Excel file of your session.
To retrieve them, click on Results at the top of your session, then click on Export results (Excel).
