New
Shift into high gear with the Speed Car (but watch out for the ravine!)
Add variety to your workshops with the new background for the Metaphor activity: bring your participants aboard the Speed Car.
With the Speed Car analogy, keep one eye on the rear-view mirror to appreciate how far you’ve come and visualise the parachutes that are slowing you down, but don’t forget to watch the road ahead! There’s a ravine coming up, but your team’s got the resources to build a bridge across it!
Multiple variants of the same inspiration template
It’s essential to keep your workshops and interactive meeting activities fresh. Bored participants are a major roadblock to the success of a collaborative meeting.
That’s why we offer a variety of playful and highly visual options to inspire your participants.
For example, we offer several different variants of our Emoji Gauge, a brief icebreaker activity that lets participants put an image to their mood before starting a meeting. You can now choose from multiple themes to mix up your emoji.
How?
In Beekast, when you import the Emoji Gauge template, select a variant: will today’s activity have a superhero, Star Wars, or weather theme?
You’re sure to see an increase in participants’ engagement!
Improvements
Custom themes for meeting notes
We’ve added a little improvement for those who opt to customise their sessions with their company’s logo and colour scheme.
Your custom theme now also applies to your meeting notes in Word, saving time when you distribute them internally after the meeting.
New inspiration templates are highlighted
You are now informed when new templates have been added to the Beekast library, making it even easier to try new things with your participants.
New terms and conditions coming soon
Our General Terms and Conditions of Use are changing. A banner in the application lets you review and accept them now.
You must accept these new terms and conditions by 8 February to continue using our service.
