Integrate your Prezi and Genially presentations directly into Beekast!

Not familiar with Prezi or Genially?

Prezi and Genially are interactive presentation tools that offer an alternative to traditional slide shows. Their innovative format enables you to create captivating experiences with multiple animations and original navigation. 

You can now use these external tools while getting the most out of Beekast’s features – you can track participation, use session tabs or go to the discussion space to answer questions from participants. 

Major plus: you can organise hybrid sessions combining synchronous and asynchronous modes!

By integrating your Prezi or Genially presentations into a session, you can allow your participants to look through them at their own independently, without leaving Beekast. This means there are more ways for you to pace your workshops and training sessions. 

How does the new integration feature work? 

You must have a Business plan or higher to access this feature.

Simply copy and paste the share URL for your Prezi and Genially presentations into the new Integration slide. All you have to do next is launch your session to present your creations without leaving Beekast. Since each user controls scrolling on external content, you can either share your screen or let participants browse your presentation freely.

New inspirations: complete session templates to help you prepare your meetings and workshops!

Save time when preparing your Beekast sessions with our new type of inspiration: complete session templates. These ready-to-use inspirations are composed of one to five group activities and they enable you to lead a meeting or workshop from beginning to end. 

What session templates are available?

Here are the first four complete meeting templates you can use in Beekast with your Business plan:

• Weekly meeting

• One on one

• Daily meeting

• 360 HR assessment

How to use the new session templates 

You must have a Business plan or higher to access this feature.

You can find and import these new models on our inspiration site or directly in the application when creating a new session. Complete session templates can be used only for new sessions. You can then edit and personalise them as needed.
