How to consult the participations' data

You can view your session statistics at any time directly on Beekast.
To do so, click on the Results button at the top right of your session:
1. You can view the general statistics for your session, as well as all the participation data for each of your participants, broken down by activity.
Finally, you can generate a document containing all the statistical data from the session:
2. Click on the “Export Results (Excel)” button, and you will be redirected to the session in question to start downloading your document. If your document is too large, Beekast will email you with a link to download your document.
If you are redirected to Internet Explorer (not recommended), right-click on the download button to copy the link and open it in another browser. Chrome, Firefox and Safari are the recommended browsers for optimal use of the tool.
You can also download session reports in Word format (a summary of your session with messages sent, actions/decisions taken during the session, etc.) or PDF format (this document resembles your activity slides plus the session content slides) if you wish. Simply click on the document you need.
