How to consult the participations' data
You can find at any moment your session statistics, directly on Beekast.
To do, click on the tab Results at the top of your screen.
From this section, on one hand, you can see the general statistics of your session, and at the same time the full participation data for each of your participants, by activity. For this, click on each activity on the left of the tab "Results" to see the details.
You also have the option of generating a document with the statistical data for the session, which brings together all the data recorded following the participation of your audience.
Click on the ‘Export Results (Excel)’ button and you will be redirected to the session in question to start downloading your document. If your document is too large, Beekast will email you with the link to download your document.
If you are redirected to Internet Explorer (not a recommended browser), right-click on the download button to copy the link and open it in another browser. Chrome, Firefox and Safari are the recommended browsers for optimal use of the tool.
You can also download session reports in Word format (a summary of your session with messages sent, Actions/Decisions taken during the session, etc.) or PDF format (this document looks like your activity slides plus the session content slides) if you wish, just click on the document you need.
The PDF report and Excel results export are only available with a Premium subscription (Pro, Business, Enterprise).
