In a session with Synchronous scrolling mode, the session owner and added collaborators have access to control buttons that let them manage activities. Managing activities with control buttons is limited to Synchronous mode. In Asynchronous mode, activities are accessible to participants as soon as they are created.
Open an activity
Once your activity is ready:
Click the green Start button at the top right of your activity to open it to participants.
Your participants can then start answering it.
Close an activity
To close your activity:
Click the red Stop button at the top right of your activity.
Your participants will no longer be able to send contributions or answers to the activity. Submitted answers and the activity's results remain available once the activity is closed.
Relaunch an activity
After a sequence of comments or explanations about the activity, you can reopen it:
Click the Continue button at the top right of your slide.

The activity menu offers:
Reset: resets your activity to zero, erasing its participation data
Edit: make changes to your activity
Duplicate: creates an identical copy of your activity
Delete the activity
Alternatively, click the "Edit" button in the toolbar on the right side of the session.

Slides from imported presentations (Powerpoint or PDF, for example) cannot be edited on Beekast
Editing is limited on assessment activities once answers have been recorded, to avoid skewing your activity's results
The Screenshot feature is exclusive to the Whiteboard activity
Any deletion is final, whether it's a slide or an activity
