Get technical support for Beekast

Your first resource for technical support is your IT admin, who manages Beekast's settings for your organization. They can work with us to solve any problems you're having.

If you don't have access to an IT service.

Desktop: click on the question mark in the upper-right corner so that you can consult our Tutorials, our Help Center, or the F.A.Q.

Mobile: click on the bubble at the upper right corner, then click on Help to access the Help center and the F.A.Q.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Click on the life belt in the upper right corner of your Beekast account, then on Live chat to access the support team.



We are available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Paris Time)
