Get technical support for Beekast
Your first resource for technical support is your IT admin, who manages Beekast's settings for your organization. They can work with us to solve any problems you're having.
If you don't have access ton an IT service :
- From "My sessions" page: click on "Help and resources" at the right of your screen to access our Help Center or the Beekast Community.
- From a session: click on the question mark in the bottom right corner so that you can consult our Help Center, or on the Live chat to access the support team.
Our Support Team is available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. non-stop (Paris Time)
