Create an account

How to create an account

A Beekast account allows you to create, facilitate, and join interactive sessions.

1. Sign up with an Email Address

  1. Go to the signup page https://my.beekast.com/signin
  2. Enter the required information (first name, last name, email, and password).
  3. Click Create my account.

      Account Validation

After creating your account, a validation email will be sent to the email address you provided. You have 5 days to click on the validation link and permanently activate your account. Until your account is validated, certain features may be limited.

However, you can still unlock it by validating your email address via a new validation link.

2. Sign up with a Third-Party Account

You can also save time by creating your account using an existing account.
To do this:
  1. Go to the signup page.
  2. Click the Google or Microsoft icon.
  3. Sign in with your credentials.
Notes
The account validation is handled by the chosen social network.

3. Sign up via SSO

SSO (Single Sign-On) allows you to access Beekast and other applications in your organization with a single authentication.
To sign in with SSO:
  1. Make sure you are connected to your company network.
  2. On the login page, select Enterprise SSO Login.
  3. Enter your professional email address.
  4. If you have multiple accounts tied to your single sign-on system, choose the one you wish to use.
Alert
SSO must be configured between Beekast and your IT service. In some cases, it may replace all other login methods.

Combine Multiple Sign-In Methods

It is possible to link several sign-in methods to the same account if the email address used is identical.
To do this, simply “create” your account again using the sign-in method you want to add. If both email addresses are exactly the same, Beekast will recognize a single account. You will then be able to choose between signing in with a password or via a social network.

Warning
If you use an SSO login provided by your company, you may not be able to create a second sign-in method. For security reasons, your organization may block this option.
