It is possible to add one or more collaborators to a session in order to co-host and co-create it. This option allows the session owner to share certain rights with one or more collaborators.

What can a collaborator do?
A collaborator is a person who has additional rights compared to a participant.
A collaborator can:
Import, modify, or delete content
Start or close an activity
Moderate submitted ideas
Reset the session
Open or close the session and set its available days. To learn more, see Share my session
However, a collaborator cannot:
Delete the session
Add a collaborator to a session
There are two ways to add a collaborator to your session.
First method:
Click the Configure button at the top of your session, on the left.
Click the Collaborator tab in the menu on the left of the screen that opens.
Add the email address or addresses of your collaborators.
Click Add.
Second method:
Click the Access button at the top of the session.
In the menu that opens, click the Collaborator button.
Add the email address or addresses of your collaborators.
Click Add to confirm the action.
💡Good to know
To add several collaborators at once, separate the email addresses with a comma or a line break: collaborators are added independently.
Your collaborators will receive an automatic email informing them that they are invited to take part in the session as collaborators.
Remove a collaborator from the session
Go to Configure.
Click the Collaborator tab.
Click the delete icon next to the email address of the collaborator in question.
This removes their email address from the list and their rights on your session.
