Integrating Beekast into a Zoom meeting lets you make your presentations more interactive, directly from the same window. You can only add a Beekast session to a Zoom video call from the Zoom (desktop) application. This feature is not available from Zoom in a browser!
1- Host side
Add the Beekast app to Zoom
At the bottom of the screen, click Apps or More.
Select Add apps.
Search for "Beekast".
Click Get.
Sign in and share your session
In the panel on the right side of Zoom, sign in to your Beekast account.
Once signed in, select your session from the home page.
Then click Collaborate.
Your participants will see a Join in pop-up appear on their screen.
How to remove the Beekast app from your Zoom meeting
Once signed in to https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed:
Select Added apps in the left-hand menu.
Click the three dots next to the Beekast app.
Select Remove.
You will need to confirm the action, and the app will then be removed from your Zoom account.

2- On the participant side: joining the session
When a participant joins a meeting with a Beekast session, they need to click the Join in pop-up to take part.
The host will share a session code.
This code is to be used via the beekast.live page that opens when participating in the Beekast session via Zoom.
