Share your session from Webex Meeting
To integrate your Beekast session into your Webex Meeting meeting, once you are logged in to your Webex account and from the desktop application:
Click Start a meeting.
Once in your meeting, click Applications (the button with the four little squares at the bottom right of your Webex Meeting application screen), then search for Beekast in the search bar and select the application.
Once the application is open, you'll arrive at the beekast.live page to enter your session's 6-digit code.
Once connected to the session, click your avatar at the top right of the Beekast page to log in to your account; the system will then recognize you as the session owner.
Join a Beekast session from Webex Meeting
Once connected to your presenter's video conference, click Applications (the button with the four little squares at the bottom right of your Webex Meeting application screen), then search for Beekast in the search bar and select the application.
Once the application is open, you'll arrive at the beekast.live page to enter the 6-digit code your presenter has given you.
To take part in the activity, if the screen is in reduced mode (tablets/phones), scroll to the bottom of the screen, as shown in the previous step.
