You can use the Teams application both in your browser and via the downloadable desktop application. You can add a Beekast session to a scheduled Teams meeting from the updated desktop application (as of version 1.4.00.29469) and the browser version, or add Beekast to a Teams team.

💡Good to know
Sharing apps in Microsoft Teams (including Beekast) depends on your Microsoft license: you need a premium account to be able to share apps.
Sharing apps and Beekast is not possible with guest participants or those without a Microsoft account.
This is a limitation imposed by Microsoft Teams, independent of Beekast. You can find out more on the Microsoft Teams support site.
Add Beekast to a Teams team
First, go to your Teams desktop application (downloadable here if you don't already have it) and sign in to your Microsoft account.
Click Chat.
Select the team.
Add a Beekast session to the list of resources by clicking the + button in the top menu.
Then search for the Beekast app.
Select the first result shown.
You can then sign in using 3 methods:
Via corporate SSO.
Via Google and Microsoft.
By entering your login email and password directly.
For more details on signing in to your account, see the article Sign in to your account.
Once signed in, you'll be taken to the list of your workspaces, where you can find your different sessions.
💡Good to know
You cannot create a new session directly in Beekast for Teams, whether from a meeting or from a team.
For any question or technical issue related to the Teams application itself, see MS Teams support.
❓FAQ
I can't find Beekast among the Teams apps; what should I do?
Your Microsoft Teams subscription does not allow it, or your organization has not yet given you permission to use the Beekast tool on the Teams platform. Ask your organization's IT team to grant you permission or to upgrade your Teams subscription.
I don't have access to the "My Homepage" page in Teams. Is this normal?
Yes. In Teams, you can choose one of the sessions in your account for which you are an Owner or collaborator, but this is not the My Homepage area. You also cannot create a Beekast session directly in Teams.
If I delete my Teams account, does that also delete my Beekast account?
No, don't worry: the two accounts are separate. Deleting one does not delete the other.
Can I be a collaborator on a session in Teams?
Yes, it is entirely possible to be a session collaborator on Teams.
