  • Avoid opening more than 2 Whiteboards at the same time on the same computer

  • Create several small Whiteboards (with little content) rather than one large one

  • Resize the images you add to your Whiteboard to reduce its overall weight

  • Make sure your browser is up to date and part of our list of supported browsers

  • Close all redundant browser tabs and windows

  • Avoid editing many elements at the same time

Here's how to respond:

  • Reduce the size of certain elements until the banner disappears

  • Clear the Whiteboard of any unnecessary content: prefer .jpeg or .png files over .gif files to lighten the content of the Whiteboard
