Pollen Create is the conversational assistant built into the Beekast session creator. You describe what you want in natural language, and it builds or edits your session for you: it chooses the right activity or content slide based on what you describe.

What can Pollen Create do?
From a simple description, Pollen Create can:
Create activities: the entire Beekast activity library is available (polls, quizzes, brainstorming, word clouds, rankings, and more)
Create content slides to accompany your participatory activities
Edit the content of an existing activity or slide
Rename your session
Reorder your slides
Delete slides
Pollen Create automatically applies the right settings (anonymity, timer, scoring, question formats) based on what each activity actually supports.

Every change applies directly to your session. Review the result before using it.
A deletion that would remove responses already collected triggers a warning before it happens.
Pollen Create cannot import a file as-is as slides: it uses it as inspiration to generate content, without importing it directly.
Pollen Create cannot edit content created in another tool and then imported into Beekast.
How does the first use work?
During your first session with Pollen Create, the assistant asks a few questions to identify the type of content you usually create (topic, session structure, preferred formats).
On later sessions, Pollen Create asks directly what you need for the current session, and draws on these preferences to suggest more relevant activities.
Can I keep editing the session myself?
Yes. Pollen Create and the user can work on the same session in turn. Before each action, Pollen Create reads the current state of the session and takes manual changes made in the meantime into account.
Can I create a session from a document?
Yes. A file can be uploaded (or selected from Google Drive) directly in the chat window, and Pollen Create uses its content to build the session.

Beyond a certain number of pages, the document's content is truncated; a message informs the user.
What doesn't Pollen Create do?
Pollen Create focuses on building content. It doesn't run the session live, doesn't read participant responses, and doesn't replace other Beekast features (invitations, results export, instant report, wall). In those cases, it points to the matching Beekast feature.
How do I get started with Pollen Create?
Open the session, then click the Pollen Create entry in the right-hand panel of the creator to open the chat window.
Describe your need specifically (goal, activity or slide type, number of questions, tone), or attach a source document.
Review and adjust the result before launching the session.
Keep going with Pollen Create or edit manually: both can be combined.
Share feedback via the thumbs-up/down buttons or the feedback form.
Free vs premium: what's the difference for Pollen Create?
The free plan includes 3 credits per month to explore and use Pollen Create.

How do Pollen Create credits work?
Each generated session uses one credit. The number of credits available depends on the plan, and renews every month.
After using the first credit, a 48-hour window lets you keep adjusting the session at no extra cost, as long as it doesn't go over 3 participants.
After that window (or as soon as a 4th participant joins), reactivating the chat costs 0.5 credit.
