During a Beekast session, several tools are available to interact, track activities, and communicate with other participants. The toolbar is located on the right side of the page.
The different tools available
Seven tools are accessible from this toolbar, on the right side of the page:
Edit: This button allows you to edit the settings for your activity. Once you have selected the activity, clicking this button will take you directly to the edit panel.
Activities: In the Activities space, you can view all ongoing activities as well as completed activities. You can take part in past activities from this space. Then click the "Back to live" button at the top left to return to the active slide.
Messages: you can send messages with your questions, a comment with or without an image. This space lets you exchange with other participants.
Resources: you can find a set of additional information and documents.
Actions: you can view validated decisions and planned actions at any time. You can also create an action or a decision.
Participants: you can view the list of participants who have connected to the session, as well as the number of points they've earned during evaluation activities.

To access the Participants space, you must have a Beekast account and be logged in.
Video: You can join the video conference (with Jitsi) associated with the Beekast session.

Click the "Resources" icon in the menu on the right side of the interface, click "Add", then select the desired resource type and save.
How do I return to live after viewing a past activity?
From the Activities space, click the "Back to live" button at the top left to return to the active slide.
How do I see who's participating in my session?
Go to the Participants space to view the list of connected participants and their points earned during evaluation activities. A logged-in Beekast account is required to access it.
