Beekast is an interactive platform that brings meetings, events, and training sessions to life, whether online or in person. Before participating, you need to join the session and then identify yourself according to the mode chosen by the facilitator.
Joining a session
You can access a Beekast session in three ways:
Using a 6-digit code: go to the Beekast login page at my.beekast.com or beekast.com, enter the 6-digit code provided by the facilitator in the dedicated field at the top of the page, then click Join and identify yourself according to the chosen mode.
Via a public link: click the participant link you received by email or that was shared by the facilitator.
Using a QR code: scan the QR code with your smartphone and access the session immediately after identifying yourself.
Identifying yourself in the session
Before entering the session, you need to identify yourself. The session owner chooses the identification mode that applies to all participants.
Anonymous avatar: an animal paired with an adjective. It's a quick identification with no personal data.
Username: choose a nickname freely (first name, last name, initials, etc.).
Email address: identify yourself with your Beekast account (a free account is enough).

If you're already logged in with your Beekast account, you'll be automatically redirected to the session.
Participating in the session
Beekast offers two navigation modes within the session:
Live scrolling (controlled by the facilitator): the facilitator controls the progress of the slides and the launch of activities. Participants follow along with the presentation and can take part in activities once the facilitator activates them.
Self-paced scrolling (independent): you can navigate freely through the session and scroll through the slides at your own pace, as long as the session stays open, using the directional arrows at the bottom right of the screen.
Participating on mobile
The Beekast platform is responsive: you can participate in a session, respond to activities, vote, and navigate through the options from a smartphone or tablet.

Various tools are available directly within the Beekast session, on the bar on the right-hand side of the screen.
