From the home page, you can create your next Beekast session in just a few clicks.
Create a session from the home page
Click the Create a session button.
Or choose one of the suggested activities to create your next session.
Choose the slide scrolling mode
After creating a session, the default scrolling mode is synchronous. You can change the scrolling mode in the session settings.
There are two slide scrolling modes on Beekast:
Synchronous mode (scrolling by the facilitator): the presenter controls the transition from one slide to the next. Participants can't navigate on their own: when you change slides, their screen automatically updates to show the same slide as yours.
Asynchronous mode (participant scrolling): each participant navigates through the slides at their own pace, independently, without being tied to the facilitator's pace.
Rename your session
By default, the session adopts a generic name, "New session + date of creation."
This name can be changed by clicking the pencil to the right of the title.
💡Good to know
Creating new sessions is not available on mobile. To create a new session, please use the web version of Beekast on a computer.
Your session is ready: all that's left is to add content — interactive activities or simple slides.
