You can view your session statistics directly in Beekast at any time, using the Results button at the top right of your session. It shows your session's general statistics and the participation data of each participant, by activity.
Understanding the Results window
The session owner and collaborators can view the results. The Results window groups your session data into two sections in the side menu:
General: the Preview and the Participant scores, available with all plans.
Activities: one entry per activity in the session.
How to open your session results?
To view your session statistics:
Open your session.
Click the Results button at the top right of your session.
In the side menu, select the section you want to view: Preview, Participant scores or an activity.
What does the Preview show?
The Preview gives an overview of the session:
The Discussion section: the number of messages, likes and comments, with their status (allowed, refused or unmoderated);
The number of activities in the session;
The number of participants.
What do Participant scores show?
The Participant scores section shows, for each participant:
The total points accumulated across all evaluation activities;
The Bees earned.
You can also:
Sort participants by score, in ascending or descending order;
Search for a participant by name.

How to view the results of an activity?
To view the results of an activity:
Click the Results button at the top right of your session.
In the Activities section
Click the activity you want, then its title.

The Results window offers three buttons:
Generate session media (Pdf);
Generate meeting notes (Word);
Export results (Excel).
