Create a Ranking

Create a Ranking

Validate the assimilation of a process or logical sequence by offering your participants a list of proposals to put in the right order. Or ask your participants for their opinion on a subject by offering them a list of proposals to put in their preferred order.

To take part in the activity, participants simply drag and drop the questions and move them around in the order they see fit, to assess their level in evaluation mode or to find out what they think in survey mode!

New! Now your Ranking activity can be used as a survey-type activity!

How to add a ranking activity

Survey

In the survey format, the suggestions will be awarded a number of points according to the order in which they are ranked.

Example: You have suggestions A, B and C in the ranking activity.

      - A participant will rank the suggestions in the following order: A-C-B
Proposal A will get 3 points, proposal C will get 2 points and proposal B will get 1 point

Another participant will rank the suggestions in the following order: B-A-C
Proposal B will get 3 points, proposal A will get 2 points and proposal C will get 1 point.

Depending on the order that your participants give to the suggestions, the suggestions will obtain a certain number of points, and it is the suggestion that obtains the most points that will come at the top of the ranking. It may happen that in certain cases several suggestions have the same number of points, in which case they will be equal in the results of the activity and these suggestions will have the same place in the ranking.
