Create teams directly from Beekast and challenge your participants !
The creation of teams is only available in Facilitator control mode, and the teams are only effective for the Challenge activity.
How to create teams on Beekast?
To create teams, click on “Settings” at the top of your session. Then select the tab “Teams”, at the bottom left of the menu that appears on the screen. Finally, click on “Add a team” and fill in the name of the team.
You can create as many teams as you want.
It is possible to assign a color to a team by clicking on the icon on the team's left.
Once all your teams are created, click on “Save”.
To delete a team, click on the icon at the right of the team that you want to delete.
Attention ! Refresh your Beekast page to see the teams
At the moment to join the session, your participants will be able to choose the team of their choice. The facilitator cannot assign participants to specific team, each participant is free to pick the team they want.
Note: It will no longer be possible to change teams after selecting one.
You, as well as your participants, always keep a visual reminder with the color of your team on your avatar, in the top right corner of your screen, on your computer, and on your phone.
The name of your team is visible by clicking on your avatar.
When the teams are set up, you can see team podiums in addition to an individual ranking only on the Challenge activity.
To do this, click on "close the activity" at the top right of the slide, then click on the podium icon at the bottom right of the slide. You will see the individual and by teams ranking of your participants.
