How do you access Beekast using your company's single sign-on (SSO)?

📝Premium feature — SSO is only available to organizations with the Enterprise plan.

What is SSO?

SSO (Single Sign-On), or single authentication, is a method that lets you access several applications (websites) by authenticating only once.

  • Managed by your company.

  • You keep the same credentials and passwords (or any other authentication method) to use all of your professional applications.

Why use SSO?

One SSO login, several benefits:

  • A single login for all your applications.

  • Time saved when logging in.

  • Increased security for access to your Beekast account.

  • The ability for your company to assign its available Beekast licenses independently.

Logging in with SSO

SSO login is done directly from the page https://my.beekast.com/

If your company uses single sign-on:

  • Make sure you are connected to your organization's network before continuing.

  • Enter your professional email address.

  • Click Continue.

  • Confirm the login by following the instructions from your login provider.

💡Good to know

  • If you have several accounts on the tool your company uses for single sign-on, you will be asked to choose the one you want to use.

Error related to your identity provider

You may encounter an authentication error unrelated to Beekast if you have several accounts with your identity provider (for example, a personal account and a professional account). This type of error has notably been observed with Google accounts.
