Whether you want to change your current password or you've forgotten it, here's how to do it on Beekast.

5. Click Update.

💡Good to know

  • A banner will indicate that your password has been successfully updated.

Recover your Beekast password

From the connection page my.beekast.com/signin:

  • Click Forgot your password?, below the Email field

  • Enter your email address and click Send.

  • You will receive a password recovery email.

  • Click Reset my password to change it.

💡Good to know

  • If you are logged in via your company's SSO (Single Sign-On), you don't have a password registered on Beekast.

Why can't I change my password?

If only your email address appears, instead of a username and password, it's because you chose to sign in via a social network (Google, Microsoft) or via your company's SSO when you created your Beekast account. This means your Beekast account doesn't have a standard password, so you won't be able to change it. See the article on SSO sign-in.
