Bring your PPT, PDF, Keynote, or Google Slides presentations into your Beekast session, then add activities for a more dynamic presentation!
Import a document
To add a document to your session:
Click the Add a slide button.
Drag the panel to your right until you see the Presentation slide, then click it.
On the panel on the left of your screen, select the document you want to upload.
Allowed formats are: PDF, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
💡Good to know
When you import your PDF/PPT files, specific features such as hyperlinks, comments, PowerPoint animations, etc. do not work on Beekast.
Depending on your plan, a file size limit may apply when importing.
Once your file is selected, it's added to the session and split into independent slides. Slides from imported documents can only be:
Duplicated
Or deleted
Organize your session
To arrange your slides as needed:
Click Organise at the bottom left to rearrange your slides and activities.
Select one or more slides and activities by clicking on them.
Move them to the desired position.
You can also select several slides by clicking on each one, or by clicking Select all at the bottom of the Organize screen.
Once done, click Exit at the bottom right to return to the admin interface.
