How to create a session

To create a session

First step

Once you have logged into your account, you will find the “Create a session” option at the top of the page, in the “My sessions” area. You can also start creating your slides by clicking directly on one of the suggested activities.

Second step

Once a session has been created, default settings are applied. You can of course change them once you are in the session:

- The default scrolling mode is set up, scrolling by the Facilitator or synchronous mode. 

- The session will automatically be saved with the name "New session + creation date"

- The identification/connexion mode, which is by avatar

To change the title, click on the pencil to the right of the predefined title and press "Enter"or click outside the box. You will see a green pop-up on the right of the page to notify you of the change. 

It is now possible to change the identification mode once the session has been created.

 

Creating new sessions is not available on mobile. To create a new session, please use the web version of Beekast on a computer.

And there you go ! Your new session is created, now you only need to customize and set it! 

Add content to your session

Enrich your Beekast session with different types of content to offer your participants a complete experience.

Activities library

Clicking on Add a slide will open the library to give you access to our different types of activity.

Templates

To our Activity Templates, pre-designed by our Product team to optimise session creation time. Our templates can be adapted to your needs and can be modified.

Content slides

To add your PowerPoint presentations, videos or create content slides.
