How to create a session
To create a session
First step
Once connected to your account, and in My sessions space, click on Create a session on the top right of your screen.
Second step
Select the scrolling mode of your session.
Third step
Once you have chosen the scrolling mode and clicked Create, the session will be automatically saved with the name "New session + creation date".
To change the title, click on the pencil to the right of the predefined title and press ‘Enter’ or click outside the box. You will get a green pop-up on the right of the page to notify you in green to confirm the change.
It is now possible to change the identification mode once the session has been created.
And there you go ! Your new session is created, now you only need to customize and set it!
Add content to your session
Enrich your Beekast session with different types of content to offer your participants a complete experience.
Activities library
Clicking on Add a slide will open the library to give you access to our different types of activity.
Templates
To our Activity Templates, pre-designed by our Product team to optimise session creation time. Our templates can be adapted to your needs and can be modified.
Content slides
To add your PowerPoint presentations, videos or create content slides.
