Beekast on mobile: features for owners and participants
Beekast is a collaborative platform designed to make your meetings and training sessions more dynamic. The Beekast application on your mobile lets you interact and take part in your sessions wherever you are. Features vary slightly depending on your role: session owner or participant.
Beekast adapts to your screen for an optimal experience, but some activities such as Word cloud may have limited display on mobile and tablet devices.
Mobile session owner features
As the session owner, you have extensive control over the running of your event, even from your mobile device. You can :
- Access your workspace and your account : Manage your profile and view your sessions.
- Edit content: Modify information, questions, and activity options in real time.
- Scroll through the session slides: Check the progress of your presentation and move the slides forward or back.
- View the list of participants: See who is taking part in your session.
- Participate in activities: Interact with your audience by answering questions, voting and contributing to collaborative activities.

Creating new sessions is not available on mobile. To create a new session, please use the web version of Beekast on a computer.
Mobile participants features
As a participant, the Beekast mobile application allows you to:
- Participate in sessions and activities: interact with content, answer questions, vote and contribute to collaborative activities.
- Navigate the various session features: Explore activities, the discussion space, headings and other elements of the session.
Tips for an optimal mobile experience
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Update your browser regularly
- Familiarise yourself with the mobile interface for smooth browsing.
