Integrate your Beekast sessions to your Livestorm event

It is now possible to integrate a Beekast session to your Livestorm meeting!

First, you will need to activate the Beekast application from the Livestorm marketplace.


How to ?

  • First, go to the Livestorm marketplace, which you can find by clicking on the applications button at the bottom left of your Livestorm page.

  • Once on the marketplace, look for the Beekast application. You can enter directly the name "Beekast".




  • You must now activate the Beekast application. To do so:

    • Click on the Beekast application tile

    • Activate, on the page that opens on the right, the Beekast application




That's it! Your Beekast application is added to the list of applications you can add to your meetings with Livestorm.


Add Beekast to a Livestorm meeting

To add a Beekast session to a Livestorm meeting to share it with your participants, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the desired Livestorm session.

  • Once inside, click on the "Apps" button at the bottom right of your Livestorm screen.

  • This will display a list of activated applications. Choose "Beekast".

  • All you have to do is paste the public link of your Beekast session. 




Please note that you cannot create a new Beekast session from Livestorm.

The Beekast session opened on your Livestorm meeting will automatically connect to the Beekast account you are logged into on the browser used for the meeting. 

If you are not logged into your Beekast account:

  • Click on the Profile bubble at the top right of the Beekast session page in Livestorm.

  • Click on your avatar, then on "Sign in"
