Turning on the Projection Screen

1. Click the Open public screen button at the top right of your session.
2. This immediately opens a floating window on your page, which you can maximize and project for your participants.

Customizing the Projection Screen Display

1. A pointer during your presentation: move your cursor to the top right of your screen and click the pointer icon on the blue banner.
2. Show controls: this option lets you move between slides, launch your activities, and moderate participants' answers directly from the projection screen. To turn it on, click the Settings icon at the top right of your screen, then click Show controls.
3. The discussion panel: click the Settings icon at the top right of the blue banner, then click Show Tool Panel. The panel appears on the left of the screen; you and your participants can see and send messages.
4. Show slide selector: lets you see which slide you're on and choose directly which slide to jump to, without scrolling through the whole presentation. Click the Settings icon at the top right of your screen, then click Show slide selector. An indicator with the slide number appears at the top left, letting you change the active slide easily.
5. Zoom level setting: click the Settings icon, then adjust the zoom level as you like.
6. Display the session's QR code: click Settings at the top right of the screen, then click Project QR code. Your session's QR code appears on the projection screen.

Displaying Your Session's Global Ranking

1. To display it, click the trophy icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Two ranking modes are available: individual leaderboard and team leaderboard.
3. Individual leaderboard mode compiles all the points accumulated by each participant during evaluation activities (Quiz, Quick check, and Ranking).
4. Team leaderboard mode compiles the number of points accumulated by each team during evaluation activities.
   

1. The individual and team leaderboards only take into account points earned during evaluation activities.
2. Participation leaderboard mode displays a participant's participation rate via "Bees": the more a participant interacts and takes part in the session, the more Bees they earn.
3. The participation leaderboard only takes into account participation in activities and messages sent in the discussion—not evaluation points.
   

Displaying the Journey View

1. Then click the Beekast journey button at the top right of your screen.
2. Each slide (activity or presentation) is represented by a honeycomb.
3. Participants are represented by their Beekast profile photo or their avatar. To see a participant's name, hover your cursor over their avatar.

1. The journey view is only available in participant control mode.
2. It only accounts for your participants' progress, not their rate of correct answers.
