With Beekast's interactive activities, you can create a variety of combinations to meet the needs of any presentation or event.
Whether it's a training session, workshop or business meeting, our activities are designed to add value to your presentation to increase participant engagement and effectiveness.
Type of activities
There are 13 activities are which are divided into 4 distinct categories, according to their uses.

Icebreaker activities
We have two types of activities that are perfect for getting people talking and contributing.
Let your participants express themselves on a topic and project the result as a word cloud. Simple and easy access, this activity is ideal at the beginning of a presentation to open the conversation.
Thanks to this activity, ask your participants to take a selfie or to send a photo (from their computer, their phone, or even from a free bank image available from Beekast) to make a photo collaborative mosaic. This visual activity is highly used on events, specially, thanks to the screenshot feature for the collage of photos which you can directly share on your social media.
You can of course design ice breakers from our other activities! You can use for example our template "Emoji Gauge" which is a survey activity, to probe the state of mind of your audience at the beginning of your presentation, in a fun and interactive way!

Generation of ideas
These activities are perfect if you want to engage your employees and promote collective intelligence in a brainstorming session.
Gather and organize participants' ideas in a board. Create categories or start from a white board and each participant will send their ideas regarding your question. Associate the ideas to colors, do a voting session directly on your board, then transform the ideas into tasks that you must assign to your participants. The board is a complete activity, really useful for your meetings and workshops.
Encourage exchange and idea generation through different analogies. The speed car, the hot air balloon, the boat, and the rocket.

Co-create freely with your participants, through drawing, writing, or images on a whiteboard.
Opinion-making activities
Collect key data from your meeting: decisions, votes, attendance.
Your participants will evaluate a series of propositions using two axes and by displaying the results in a matrix form. This activity is perfect in order to make decisions about complex problems
Display a group of propositions and a number of points to distribute between each of them. Your participants will vote for the different propositions, and you will identify the most wanted
You want to ask your participants' opinion and display immediately the trend of your session? The Survey activity is ideal for this type of situation. Your audience choose one or multiple propositions, and you see the results in real time.
Prepare a questionnaire with different types of questions. Perfect to collect the feedback of your participants, it is also ideal to design the subjects of a session in advance.
Ask your participants for an evaluation and display in real time the average of the scores sent. This activity is perfect to obtain fast feedback about a given subject.
Evaluation activities
Be able to evaluate and monitor the learning level of your participants with the evaluation activities that Beekast offers.
Ask your participants to put a list of proposals in the right order. A quick and fun activity to validate their knowledge.
Engage your participants with a quiz. With a countdown and a podium, you boost your meeting. Ideal for validating knowledge or mobilising the group.
Individually or in teams, your participants will complete the challenges playfully. The best will be on the final podium. The challenge allows you to test knowledge as well as to create emulation.

Verify, playfully, that your participants fully understood a given concept by linking ideas to a word, a phrase, or an image.
